My name is Abier Aly, and I am a qualified and experienced educator and subject leader with more than 20 years of full-time classroom teaching and leader across international frameworks, including the National Curriculum of England, IBPYP, IBMYP, IBDP, and Common Core Standards and NPQSL cadidate. I have also contributed to my school’s IBDP authorization process, strengthening my expertise in curriculum design, assessment, and accreditation.

I hold a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) from Cairo University and have continued my professional development through training in Egypt and the UAE. I am an examiner for ,   Cambridge International Examinations (CIE), Edexcel GCSE Arabic, and the IBDP, which has enhanced my understanding of assessment standards and student achievement.

In my leadership role, I drive academic excellence by developing and implementing a high-quality Arabic curriculum that meets the needs of both native and non-native learners. I lead and mentor teaching teams, promote innovative and research-based practices, and oversee assessment systems to improve student outcomes. I also manage departmental planning, resources, and collaboration with leadership, parents, and external partners.

I am passionate about fostering positive learning environments, supporting teacher development, and promoting continuous improvement and innovation in Arabic education.
