Dr. Zaid Almajdoub works at the Emirates College for Advanced Education within the Pedagogy, Technology, and Teacher Education Division, where he advances educational quality through research, innovation, and technology integration. An accomplished educator and psychologist with over 20 years of experience in teaching, leadership, and academic development, he holds a PhD in Psychological and Educational Counseling and an International Leadership Management (ILM) certification.

A Khalifa Award winner for Education, Dr. Almajdoub has contributed extensively to curriculum design, teacher professional development, and the integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in teaching and learning. His research has been published in leading Scopus Q1 and Q2 journals, and he actively collaborates with CIS and NEASC accreditation bodies.
